Choose Correct Shipping Method ...

  • Standard Ground (10-14 days):
    Available within United States. We consolidate all "Standard Ground" shipments to ship from our central warehouse in PA. If an item is not available in PA warehouse or if your order consists of items from multiple brands, it may delay the shipping time.

  • UPS/Fedex (4-5 Days): In-stock items generally ship within 1-2 days for orders are received before 11:00 AM EST.

  • Shipping outside 48 States, Canada and Overseas: We ship worldwide. Please contact us for custom shipping rates for your destination.

  • Use your own UPS/FedEx Account:
    Complete your order online using one of the above methods, and provide your "UPS" or "FedEx" account in the "Comment" box at Checkout. We will refund you for the shipping charges (less $5 processing fee).

    Oversize shipments
    Shipping charges at Checkout may include surcharge for oversize (48" or longer) or freight packages. We do our best to calculate an accurate shipping cost for oversize packages. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss shipping options for oversize packages.
    Note: We do not ship oversize packages outside of 48 US states.


    Small Orders, Multiple Manufacturer's items: Small orders and single orders containing items from multiple manufacturers may take longer than the Standard Ground or Expedited schedule specified above. Although there is no minimum order requirement and no maximum limit of multiple manufacturers' items you can put on one order, we recommend that you place one order per manufacturer's items to expedite delivery. The manufacturer's name is always mentioned on the item page.

    Signature on Delivery: A lot of our orders are shipped directly from factory warehouses and may require "Signature on Delivery". If you are unable to receive packages on delivery, it may get returned to our warehouses and you may be charged for restocking fee and shipping charges. Please inform us immediately if you are unable to sign off on packages on delivery, so we may make alternate shipping arrangements. This may delay the shipment by additional 5 days.

    Special Orders, Custom Orders or Backorders: You will be notified of any SPECIAL, CUSTOM, or BACKORDERED items within 2 days. Such orders are automatically sent to our factory warehouses unless cancelled within 24 hours. Once the order is confirmed by our suppliers it cannot be cancelled.

    Cancellations:You may cancel orders, partially or fully (except "Special Order/Custom Finish" items) within 2 hours of order placement, provided the items have not already shipped. "Special Order/Custom Finish" items (if any) may not be cancelled after 2 days of order placement, and they are non-refundable and non-returnable. We reserve the right to "Cancel" any order for a full refund at our discretion.

    Important Note: Home Decor Hardware, Inc. does not take any financial responsibility for delays in shipping whether it is via ground or air shipments or for delays in processing of orders by factory or partner warehouses. Many orders are drop shipped directly from factory warehouses. Some products are custom finished by the factory after the order is received. We advise our customers not to schedule any installation jobs of products ordered until the shipment has arrived at your door-step.
