Order cancellation policy

Some items cannot be canceled once ordered:

• Custom or special orders: Items include custom finishes or sizes and special "factory orders".
• Fast-shipping items: Items marked to ship within 24 hours cannot be canceled. These orders are already at the shipping dock and cannot be retrieved.

For all other orders, cancellation is possible within 15 minutes of purchase timestamp, provided the item hasn't shipped.
