Choose from the following shipping options:
Standard Ground 10-14 business days (2-3 weeks): Shipments less than one (1) lb may be shipped via US Priority Mail. All other shipments are shipped via UPS or FedEx. International shipments are shipped via US Global Priority Mail service.
Expedited 3-5 business days: Orders are processed on a priority basis. It enables us to ship products directly from the manufacturer's warehouses, if necessary. Rates will be displayed on the checkout page.
Express 1-2 business days: This option is available for most in-stock products. Please complete the order process, choose "Expedited" shipping option, write a 'Comment' at checkout for "EXPRESS/RUSH DELIVERY" or call us TOLL FREE at: 1-877-765-4052. We will inform you of availability and additional shipping charges.
International Shipping (outside US): Orders for CANADA and most International Destinations may be completed online. See a list of countries supported online at Checkout. All other international customers, please fill out our
"Mail/Fax Order
Form".
Please note that the local shipping company (UPS, FedEx or Postal Service) may charge duties, GST/VAT taxes and/or other handling charges at delivery time which is beyond our control or US jurisdiction. These charges may be in addition to the shipping charges you may have paid at order time.
Small Orders, Multiple Manufacturer's items: Small orders and single orders containing items from multiple manufacturers may take longer than the Standard Ground or Expedited schedule specified above. Although there is no minimum order requirement and no maximum limit of multiple manufacturers' items you can put on one order, we recommend that you place one order per manufacturer's items to expedite delivery. The manufacturer's name is always mentioned on the item page.
Signature on Delivery: A lot of our orders are shipped directly from factory warehouses and may require "Signature on Delivery". If you are unable to receive packages on delivery, it may get returned to our warehouses and you may be charged for restocking fee and shipping charges. Please inform us immediately if you are unable to sign off on packages on delivery, so we may make alternate shipping arrangements. This may delay the shipment by additional 5 business days.
Special Orders, Custom Orders or Backorders: You will be notified of any SPECIAL, CUSTOM, or BACKORDERED items within 2 business days. Such orders are automatically sent to our factory warehouses unless cancelled within 24 hours. Once the order is confirmed by our suppliers it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of order placement (unless they are shipped already). SPECIAL, CUSTOM or BACKORDERED items cannot be cancelled after 3 business days of the original order date.
Important Note: Home Decor Hardware, Inc. does not take any financial responsibility for delays in shipping whether it is via ground or air shipments or for delays in processing of orders by factory or partner warehouses. Many orders are drop shipped directly from factory warehouses. Some products are custom finished by the factory after the order is received. We advise our customers not to schedule any installation jobs of products ordered until the shipment has arrived at your door-step.
