GIFT CERTIFICATE orders are processed "instantaneously" and "GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE" is sent to you via email only.  Your credit card is billed immediately. Once orders are placed online, they cannot be canceled or changed. Please call 1-877-765-4052 during normal business hours for assistance. Sorry, at this time we do not physically send GIFT CERTIFICATE cards by mail. However, you may request a receipt for the purchase of your GIFT CERTIFICATE by mail.

GIFT CERTIFICATES are non returnable / non refundable / non replaceable, redeemable only for the purchase of items offered on our online store at www.homedecorhardware.com. GIFT CERTIFICATES do not have a cash value and cannot be returned for cash refund.

Please ensure that you provide a correct and accurate "Email Address" at checkout when purchasing GIFT CERTIFICATES.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen GIFT CERTIFICATES codes.

If the total purchase exceeds the amount of GIFT CERTIFICATE value, the balance must be paid with a credit card.  Any unused balance can be used for future purchases within the validity period of a GIFT CERTIFICATE.  Multiple GIFT CERTIFICATE codes may be combined to purchase items from Home Decor Hardware.

All GIFT CERTIFICATES and/or unused portions of GIFT CERTIFICATES expire one year from the date of issue except where prohibited by law.
